A New York cook of the Westin New York hotel at Times Square had the idea of creating an expensive bagel. How expensive? Well, 1000$! This expensive bagel, with leaves of gold inside, is topped with white truffle cream cheese. This bagel was created to help raise funds for students of the culinary arts.
