Just back from vacations in Myrtle Beach!

Just like last year when we had our vacations in Ontario, Canada. This time though, we also had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Wow. WOW! We went there by car, from Montréal, Canada. My wife, I and our 3 kids. A long ride, it took us 3 days to go there.

First stop, Washington D.C.! We parked just beside the White House, and went to see the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial. We then went to Norfolk to visit the USS Wisconsin battleship anf the Nauticus museum. The boat was very impressive!

And then, a whole week in a small house in the Pirateland camping resort. An incredible week, 300 yards from the Atlantic Ocean. A perfect temperature, with only 2 hours of rain in the whole 2 weeks.

And after this super week, back toward Montréal while visiting the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel (23 miles long!)

And so we were back home on July 7th, very tired from the long trip, but with lots of great vacations memories!
