On August 23rd 2011, an earthquake of 5.8 on the Richter scale hit the East Coast of the United States. The quake was felt by millions of Americans in Washington D.C, Hartford, New York, etc.

A day we shall never forget.

I never took much interest in listening the rain, until I saw this Rain Show Video! Very relaxing, and they did a great job doing these sounds! We can even hear the thunder!

As I am writing these lines, what will be the highest tower ever created by Men is being built. I did not think it was possible, but this tower will be more than 3000 feet high!

The construction will be over in 5 years, and this huge building will be much taller than all the other towers in the world. Meanwhile though, I guess that China and Dubai are making plan to have towers even taller than this one…

Happy Birthday Dominga! Now 91 years old!

As you can see on this picture, Dominga is quite happy about life, and very excited to be still alive after all those years! Dominga, we wish you another 91 years of happiness with us on Earth!
